Due to my own Fitenssjourney in which I lost 20 kilos, one of my greatest passions developed. My dream has always been to turn my passion into a profession, I have realized this first step with my fitness economics studies that I started in September 2020. In the first year of my fitness journey, I went through some ups and downs, yet I survived the downs because of my studies and the know-how I learned through them. I started coaching to support women of all ages so that they don’t have to go through any low points in their fitness journey
My name is Valeria and I am 26 years young and have been living in Hamburg for 1.5 years.
What excites me about fitness is that I have time for myself. I feel stronger, more productive and happier after a workout.
I’ve been doing sports since I was a kid and grew up cross-country skiing and skiing in the Swiss mountains. When I was 15, I started playing basketball and swimming, which I still love to do in my free time. Since last year I regularly go to the gym and attend Budokon classes 2 times a week.
Originally I come from the tourism industry, for Toni I do the initial interviews. That means I give you the details about the coaching and I am there for you for questions before the start.
Since I’ve been doing the calls for Toni, I’ve been reading deeper and deeper into the topics of nutrition and fitness.
Toni is a role model for many, including me. Her enthusiasm for the sport and her personal experience make her unique. I am part of the team because I want to inspire others with the concept and the work with Toni and also encourage them to go the way with Toni. As part of the team, it makes me very happy to see the success of the girls in coaching.
My name is Mia, I am 23 years old, a nutritionist, and I teach LesMills Group Fitness classes as a licensed class instructor.
I am currently studying to be an elementary school teacher.
I played table tennis as a competitive sport for 10 years, but after graduating from high school I started to focus more on strength training and group fitness. What excites me about fitness is that you can always set new goals and push yourself beyond your own limits. For me, sport is a time-out where you can escape the stress of everyday life and concentrate on yourself.
In Team Toniletic I am Toni’s assistant and support her especially in the area of nutrition, in order to write the optimal nutrition plans for the clients.
Toni is not only my colleague in the team, but also a great friend of mine for a long time! With her authentic manner she reaches many people and can motivate and inspire them to consistently pursue their own goals.
It gives me a lot of pleasure to see how we can support other people in achieving their own goals.
To have fun with a change and to realize that it is the best for the body and the soul. The soul, because not only the aspects of nutrition and training are important, but also mental health because our thoughts and attitudes towards some things often prevent us from making progress or daring to try new things.
